For those listeners who are unfamiliar with UTC time, we use it for our schedules to enable our international audience to more precisely follow our schedule. (a good good explanation can be found on SWLing.com)

To do easy conversions, just learn the offset between your local time zone and UTC (for instance, in the summer months, New York City in the US’s Eastern time zone is 4 hours behind UTC, which would be an offset of -4). Or just use this converter from TimeandDate.com

Detailed Schedule

A detailed schedule for June 2016 will be posted soon, but generally our primary one hour of block schedule for our shortwave broadcasts is as follows:

  • First week of the month – Mennonite Radio (30 mins), Nappy Roots Radio (30 Mins).
  • Second week of the month – Exploring Aspergia (30 Mins), other programming (30 mins.
  • Third week of the month – Nappy Roots Radio (30 mins), Other programming (30 mins)
  • Fourth week of the month – Peace Buzz (one hour)
  • Fifth week of the month – Exploring Aspergia and/or bonus programming

Beyond this one hour block, we normally also air bonus programming on our relays in Europe and Australia, most of which is music.
